I've had 2 strokes, took up metal detecting as a hobby so I can strength my legs and help my mental heath I've been detecting for 8 month my best find is a William and Mary 1600s coin the Scottish Museum are looking at just now, joined Heart Of Scotland Charity Digs in August best thing I did great people that run it and great members too.
